With the application of internal and external flexibility measures, that lead to a collective dismissal of 20% of the staff, and the adoption of collective modification measures of working conditions, introducing the best practices in the industry productive processes, it was possible to reverse the customers’ loss – large manufacturers of the heavy automotive industry – that had turned their request to destination countries for industrial relocations.
After the carried out proceedings, the sale prices could be reduced, and both customers and employment were recovered.
